THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on April 14th 2016, upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Judicial Notice of the Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedule for Miami, Florida, and the court having considered the motion, having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised, it is hereupon

ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Judicial Notice of the Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedule for Miami, Florida is GRANTED.

Plaintiff has given timely written notice of the request, proof of which has been filed with the Court, to enable Defendant to prepare to meet the request, and has furnished the Court with sufficient information to enable it to take judicial notice of the matter.
